Xi, Nan Miles

Dr. Xi obtained his Ph.D. in statistics from the Department of Statistics at University of California, Los Angeles. His research focuses on developing statistical and machine learning methods for large-scale genomics data. Some of his work relates to applications in biopharmaceutical statistics and electronic health records. He is also interested in applying artificial intelligence to social science. Dr. Xi received his M.S. in economics from Nankai University in 2012 and B.S. in computer science from Dalian University of Technology in 2007.
